ဤကုသနည်းတွင် အထူးပြုလုပ်ဖန်တီးထားပြီးမျက်လုံးအတွင်းထည့်သွင်းနိုင်သောမျက်ကပ်မှန်ကဲ့သို့ Implantable Contact Lens (ICL) ကို မျက်ကြည်လွှာ၏အနောက်ပိုင်းတွင်ထည့်သွင်းပြီး မျက်စိမှုန်ခြင်းပြဿနာကိုကုသပါတယ်။ မျက်လုံးအတွင်းမှာ သဘာဝအတိုင်းပါရှိသော Natural Intraocular Lens ကိုဖယ်ရှားရန်မလိုအပ်ပါ။

ICL အတွက် Lenses များကို Collamer ကနေပြုလုပ်ထားပြီး အောက်ပါထူးခြားချက်များပါဝင်နေပါတယ်။

A person who desires the freedom from wearing glasses and/or contact lenses and dislikes the inconveniences that occur from ones’ dependence on eyewear.

All individuals considering LASIK surgery must be at least 18 years old. Young eyes are still in their development stages and are constantly changing, so it is advisable to wait until eyes reach their mature, stable phase. This will assure the most positive, permanent result.

An individual free of corneal disease, especially keratoconus or thin cornea, or any disease that will delay the wound healing process.

Pregnant woman are not allowed to receive LASIK treatment due to the instability of the bodies hormones.

Patient who is over 40 years old will still need to wear glasses for reading in case of having a full correction for nearsightedness.

People who have a complete understanding of the benefit and side effects of the LASIK surgery, and have realistic expectations of the outcomes.

How to prepare for the complete eye examinationShow More

Taking off the contact lens before the preoperative examination For soft contact lenses, the contact lenses need to be taken off 3 days ahead of the day of consultation. For hard contact lenses, the contact lenses need to be taken off 7 days ahead of time.

After eye dilation (pupillary dilation), patients may experience temporary blurred vision and light sensitivity (photophobia). Due to these visual disturbances, driving after eye dilation is strongly discouraged. For your safety and convenience, please arrange transportation or have a companion drive you home from your eye exam or ophthalmologist appointment.

Bring a pair of sun glasses is recommended.

* The reason is that wearing contacts lenses, for a long time, could change the curvature of the cornea, therefore the refraction have changed as well. Not wearing contact lens, for a while, will cause the shape and the curvature of eye to revert back to its natural shape, enabling us to get more precise data of the cornea.

ห้ามขยี้ตาโดยเด็ดขาดเพื่อป้องกันการกระทบกระเทือน
ระวังอย่าให้น้ำเข้าตาเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 2 สัปดาห์ ไม่ควรล้างหน้าในช่วงนี้ การทำความสะอาดบริเวณใบหน้า ให้ใช้ผ้าสะอาดชุบน้ำสะอาดเช็ดหน้าเท่านั้น
งดใช้เครื่องสำอางบริเวณรอบดวงตาเป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์
ควรหลีกเลี่ยงสถานที่ที่มีฝุ่นละอองหรือควันบุหรี่ และควรสวมแว่นกันแดดทุกครั้งเวลาออกข้างนอก เพื่อป้องกันฝุ่นละอองและทำให้รู้สึกสบายตา
ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการสวมเสื้อทางศีรษะ เช่น เสื้อยืดคอกลมที่คับๆ เป็นเวลา 2 อาทิตย์ เพราะอาจกระทบบริเวณดวงตาได้ ขณะสวมใส่หรือถอดออก
หยอดยาและรับประทานยาตามที่ได้รับจากแพทย์อย่างเคร่งครัด
งดว่ายน้ำเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน
มาตรวจเพื่อติดตามผลการรักษาตามที่แพทย์นัดทุกครั้ง

การตรวจเพื่อติดตามผลการรักษา

โดยปกติแล้ว หลังการเข้ารับการรักษาด้วยวิธีใส่เลนส์เสริม แพทย์จะนัดท่านมาตรวจเพื่อติดตามผลการรักษาเป็นระยะๆ คือ 1 วัน, 1 สัปดาห์, 1 เดือน, 3 เดือน, 1 ปี และ 2 ปี (หรืออาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามคำแนะนำของแพทย์) หลังจากนั้น Laser Vision ขอแนะนำให้ท่านเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพตาเป็นประจำทุกๆ ปี เพื่อดูแลดวงตาของท่าน ให้มีสุขภาพตาที่ดีตลอดไป
