 Eligibility Criteria 

• Total eyeglass power is calculated as the sum of myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism (e.g., -4.00 myopia + 2.00 cylinder = total power of 6.00).

• Eye power is assessed separately for each eye.

• Complex eye health conditions (e.g., thin corneas, high eyeglass power, or other issues found during an eye exam) require an individual assessment by specialists.

• If a complex condition is detected, the appropriate treatment technology will be recommended accordingly.

Example Calculation:

• Original LASIK price: 148,000 THB

• Promotion discount: 40,000 THB

• Total payable: 108,000++ THB

Note: Additional costs apply, including eye examination (3,500 THB), HIV test (300 THB), and post-treatment eye drops.

For those who prefer to have their LASIK performed by Dr. Anun Vongthongsri, the following promotions are available:

• Total payable after discount: 118,000++ THB

Promotion 2 (For patients with total eyeglass power ≥800 per eye or complex conditions)

• Total payable after discount: 138,000++ THB

  Deluxe Room Stay for Only 5,000 THB (Regular Price: 9,000 THB) – Available for same-day surgery patients only.
