*Handling of Sensitive Personal Data: If Bangkok Eye Hospital needs to request a copy of your National ID card, it is not our policy to collect "Religion" and "Blood Type" data. If you provide this document, please cross out such information. If you do not cross it out, the hospital will redact or conceal this information on your behalf.

6. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

The hospital processes your data for medical diagnosis and treatment, prevention of danger to life, contract performance, legal compliance, legitimate interests, public interests, research, customer relations, and complaint resolution.
