2. A pediatric ophthalmologist will determine the suitability of the package for each patient. The price includes ophthalmologist fees, hospital service fees, and nursing fees.
3. The price does not include other expenses beyond those specified in the package, in case the doctor recommends additional tests.
4. The price cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.
5. The assessment depends on the cooperation of the patient. The hospital reserves the right to refuse a refund if the patient refuses or does not cooperate with the assessment.

7. This price is reserved for Thai nationals and foreigners residing in Thailand only.
